The Eiffel Tower.
 
Up until 1930, it was the tallest building in the world. It magnificently stands at 324 m. It welcomed 6,230,050 visitors in 2004.

The Eiffel Tower has many things that you want to see in France, while also many modern things you can see in the United States. On the ground, you can find:
 
  • The original elevator machinery used in 1889.
  • Change office where tourists can exchange their currency for euros.
  • Touist office

On the 1st floor, you can see:

  • A section of the original spiral staircase.
  • The original hydraulic pump.
  • FerOscope: A transparent cube with interactive videoes,light shows, and more to show how the monument was built.
  • An observatory showing the top of the tower movement based on sensors.
  • Panoramic indicators
  • Historical panels presented in the form of news paper to tell the era of Gustave Eiffel.
  • Cineiffel: 8 giant television screens to tell about Gustve Eiffel, the Eiffel Tower, historical events, and more.

On the second floor of the tower, you can see:

  • Animated windows to tell of how the first elevator was used in 1889.
  • Souvenir shops
  • Window on the floor to see down the tower.

  • Le Jules Verne private restaurant
  • Internet stations

 

 

On the top of the tower, you can see:

  • A representation of Gustave Eiffel's office.
  • Panoramic indicators
  • Viewpoint indicators
